How it Works


We start pressing juice at 3 am every day and deliver our products to your door as soon as we finish, assuring they are the freshest possible. We never press the day before, because we want you to experience how delicious and beneficial just pressed juices really are. You'll taste and feel the difference, we promise.

Each weekday morning of your cleanse, we will deliver 10 labeled jars to your home with easy to follow instructions.  Here is what is included with each delivery:

3 16oz fresh pressed organic juices

2 8 oz fresh pressed organic juices

2 16 oz home brewed teas, one detox + one calming

1 16 oz potassium broth

1 8oz fresh cracked young Thai coconut water

1 4oz aloe

2 probiotics

1 organic lemon

Here's how it works:

Morning

2 cups of hot water with lemon
1 shot of aloe juice
1 16oz Living Greens juice

Mid-Morning

1 8oz Living Greens juice
Detox tea (can be enjoyed chilled or heated)

Lunch

1 16oz Living Greens juice

Mid-Afternoon

1 8oz Living Greens juice
Fresh young Thai coconut water

Dinner

1 16oz Living Greens juice
1 16oz potassium broth (heat gently on stove — no microwaves please!)
2 capsules probiotics

Evening/Bedtime

Calming tea (can be enjoyed chilled or heated)

You should always drink plenty of filtered water during the entire cleanse.

Pre-Cleanse

Cleansing is powerful! In order to get the most out of our cleanses we recommend starting a pre-cleanse 3-5 days prior to your actual cleanse. Here are some guidelines to follow:

3-5 Days Prior

Completely eliminate alcohol, nicotine, recreational drugs, processed foods, white flour and sugar, and all meat and dairy products .

Here are some great suggestions of what to eat during these pre-fast days:

Breakfast — steel cut oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurts, sprouted toasts, eggs
Lunch — vegetable salads, eggs, raw tahini
Dinner — warm soups, whole grains such as quinoa, steamed vegetables
Beverages — water, herbal teas, green tea, nut milks and fresh pressed organic juices

2-3 Days Prior

At this point you should be eating purely vegan.

Breakfast — steel cut oatmeal, fresh fruit, sprouted toasts
Lunch — vegetable salads, vegetable soups. nuts
Dinner — warm soups, whole grains such as quinoa, millet, brown rice, steamed vegetables
Beverages — water, herbal teas, nut milks and fresh pressed organic juices

Day Before Cleanse

Your body is about to start a juice cleanse where no solid foods will be digested, so it is important to eat lightly today. Keep it simple, small and raw.

Breakfast — fresh fruits
Lunch - raw vegetables
Dinner — raw vegetables
Beverages — water, herbal teas and fresh pressed organic juices

Post-Cleanse

After your cleanse we recommend that you introduce solid food slowly back into your diet. You've just done so much good for your body and you don't want to shock it. Remember to buy organic and local.

Here are some simple guidelines to follow:

Day 1 - fresh fruits, raw vegetables, light salads
Day 2 - introduce warm vegetable based soups, whole grains, fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchee
Day 3 - start to include proteins like eggs, yogurt, kefir, fish and chicken, green tea
